Simply create your sketch or scan and send it to us, using either email with a file attachment to:

As soon as you send your sketch or scan to us the clock starts ticking and your EZfloorplan will be returned to you in 48 hours or less!

How will you know that we received your EZfloorplan order?

We always send you an email confirming that we received your order. If you do not receive a confirmation within 24 hours after sending your order you should call our support number: 1-800-354-8616.
If you are using a spam blocker you must designate EZfloorplan and Paypal as allowable senders.

How will you pay for your EZfloorplan?

You are in complete control over your payment options and you will not have to pay for your EZfloorplan until you are completely satisfied.

You have 2 Options for payment:

Option 1: Payment can be made with your credit card via Paypal. You do not need to have or set up a Paypal account in order to use Paypal.
OR
Option 2: Payment can be made by check and sent to us by mail.
